Fantastic location, I picked it for being central so I could walk to everything. Beautiful large room, great bathroom, and comfy king bed. Well appointed, welcome local shortbread was a nice touch as was the fresh fruit and yoghurt. Lovely housekeeper.
Small things were ants in the room and bathroom and with floorboards you can hear upstairs guests evening/early morning. Car park and entry gate right outside Lennox bedroom so interrupted by guests coming and going and calling out. But overall a lovely boutique block and will definitely book again, probably the room at the back though.

Nice big room, modern. Great bathroom, comfortable bed.
Hot water ran out. TV needs an upgrade as the screen display is on the way out. Included breakfast was embarrassing. Advertised as ‘very good breakfast’… it was anything but. A. Few small cylinders of cereal but no milk. A few pieces of over ripe fruit. A toaster but no bread, and a few tubs of yoghurt in the fridge. When I sent a message to the host that there was no milk it was ignored.
