    This hotel knows how to treat guests with professional spirit- clean well presented suites and above and beyond at front of house - One hundred and and fifty meters from the beach - the best restaurants with a five minute walk - and value for money - In the tough times of 2026 some places still think about the client

    We booked a deluxe suite that was advertised as having a king bed, a sofa bed, and an additional single bed. Unfortunately, the room we were given only had a king bed and a sofa bed, so it wasn’t the configuration we had specifically chosen. When I raised this with staff, I was told they no longer use Agoda and that the booking had come through *** with different details. While I appreciate the explanation, this wasn’t reflected at the time of booking and left us without the room setup we needed. I was offered a full refund, but as we were traveling during school holidays, alternative accommodation options were extremely limited, so this wasn’t a practical solution. No other compensation or adjustment was offered. The room itself was clean and the location close to the beach was great. However, the sleeping arrangements made the stay uncomfortable. My daughter had a sleepless night on the sofa bed and ended up sharing the king bed with me for the rest of the trip. Overall, while the property has positives, the mismatch between the booked room and what was provided, along with the lack of a workable resolution, was disappointing.
