We arrived late morning with the ferry from Auckland, the owner allowed us to check in early which was very helpful as we where traveling with backpacks and it would have been uncomfortable walking round in town until 3pm. We also liked the bed, very comfortable. The location was also perfect

Location was easy to find and super for travelling around the area. Parking is available on site and there is a public car park just at the entrance. Everything you can think of is in the studio even down to salt for your fish and chips which you can get just across the road.
Not sure. I didn't need anything further.

The location and cleanliness were great.
Had a problem with getting the code for the key box. Luckily the hairdresser next door knew the owner and rang her for the number.

Comfortable bed, good shower and clean.
Outside seating on a drive way. The door locked but with a pull could easily be opened. Such a small space reduced a kitchen area to almost nothing besides a kettle and microwave. No running water for washing up except from the bathroom. Table with chair that was too low. It was a converted garage and felt like it. Not good value.
