-Very strong and safe lock to main door -big TV in every room -Netflix

To be honest it served the purpose as we were traveling through Europe and that was one of the 18 stays on our itinerary. But the discomfort inside the flat made us warn other people so they know what to expect. -parking to the basement with restricted height to 2.1m(I was traveling with roof box🤦‍♂️) -there is a not so pleasant smell inside the building due to old wood cladding and other finishes -flat at 13th floor - wry king host handing over the keys but level of conversation was almost zero as I my French was inexistent and her English was poor.Viva la online translate 🙏 -very confusing entrance to building with 2 different addresses provided -confusing message from the host asking checkout at 8am(although booking.com states 11am). -entrance to Main Street blocked so you’ll have to go around the building and access through the back -no A/C system inside the flat(imagine 13th floor when outside temperature is 36deg.It was a free standing unit in the living room but the exhaust ducting not having the seal kit for the window all the hot air would return back to the flat.The noise made by that ventilator wouldn’t let you sleep.the other portable unit in the bedroom was just a ventilator(not good enough to lower the temperature) -power sockets detached from the wall.electric wires exposed -many plate covers to electro fittings missing.danger of electric shocks -loose power sockets so it would be difficult to plug something in -missing pieces of woodfloor and floor uneven with damaged joints -missing pieces of architraves and walls clearly damaged at the bottom -flushing lights due to poor connection inside the switches -improvised beds with very poor quality of mattresses -soap mixed with water -extremely loud neighbours with shouting until morning -tram line next to building so it will wake you up around 4am -we’ve been asked to remove the bed lining by ourselves -big scratch on TV

De inrichting is bijzonder, zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangst.

Het was heel warmIn het appartement. De kleine airco voldoet niet. Verder was de afwerking middelmatig.
