新市街の、おしゃれに再開発された一角にあり、レストランや行列のできるパン屋が並んでいて、楽しい雰囲気が漂う。それでいて、アパートに入ると、とても静かで心地よい。アパートは小ぢんまりしているが、キッチンの備品や寝室の隣の小部屋（棚がたくさんある）に細やかな心遣いが感じられ、住みやすい空間となっている。旧市街やスーパーも徒歩圏内にあって便利。
シャワーはガラス戸がしまるようになっているが、隙間があるので、どうしても洗面スペースの床に水が流れてしまう。

Świetna lokalizacja apartamentu. Bardzo blisko do starego miasta, sklepów i restauracji. Możliwość skorzystania z podziemnego parkingu. Bardzo wygodny, nowoczesny apartament gustownie urządzony. Świetny, bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzami.

The detailed arrival notes and vids, the fresh flowers, the gorgeous spotless apartment, the wonderful location, the easy flat walk to town, the kind and helpful hosts, made this stay one of our best experiences ever. Its location in the vibrant boogie centre of Tallinn, above what seems to be the most popular bakery in the world, is exceptional. Elevator and easy parking beneath is another bonus.
