Location, position in centre of the city.
Really warm as you enter in the apartment in winter.
Problems with shower and the bathroom's heater.

Overall, the apartment has everything necessary for a stay, however the quality of accommodation left mixed impressions.
The wall near the stove had greasy stains, and the sheet for the second bed had a stain. The second bed itself was very worn out, despite having a mattress topper. The bathroom radiator was not working. There were no extra garbage bags and no detergent for the dishwasher. Both nights there was constant noise outside from drunken groups, which significantly disturbed our rest. On the last day, both cold and hot water were unavailable starting two hours before departure, which caused serious inconvenience. We hope these issues will be addressed to improve the comfort for future guests.
