The views from this holiday house are amazing! You are literally looking out to sea on all sides and it's breathtaking. It is amazing, sitting on the large balcony. The property itself is clean, good air con (which is definitely needed) and comfortable beds. it is spacious with great views from every window. Praiano is quieter than Positano which we preferred. There are a few restaurants, cafes etc and a little grocery shop a 10.min walk away. There is a bus stop right near the property which can take you either way along the coast. The local beaches are busy and quite small but the private beach area is very nice for a swim and relax on the concrete sitting area. It doesn't get busy and is much quicker to get to than other beaches. We had a really relaxing time and will miss the views! The host lives next door and was responsive to any requests for information etc.

Maybe this was more a British thing, but there wasn't a kettle or toaster in the kitchen which we would have liked but it's only a minor thing.

My husband and I are so happy that we chose this villa for our honeymoon! ❤️ The breathtaking sea view from the huge terrace was absolutely incredible. Everything inside the villa was clean and tidy, with fresh towels, bed linen, and spotless dishes. Our host, Lucia, was incredibly caring and thoughtful. When I got sick, she even went to get the medicine I desperately needed. She was always available, kept in touch with us, and was consistently so kind and helpful. We were absolutely delighted with the private access to the sea and the private pool — it is definitely worth every penny! We couldn’t have wished for a better place for our honeymoon and would happily come back again.

Feláras késői check-in 20:00 után, ami elkerülhető lenne egy kulcsboxban hagyott kulccsal és másnap reggeli személyes check-innel.

The view is stunning. The beds were comfortable.

The mosquitoes were absolutely savage and there was no let up from 3pm every day. There were no mosquito nets on the doors (the only place in Italy we stayed without) and no citronella candles or anything to stop them. The kitchen and bathrooms were pretty horrible and cheap but functional. This was the most expensive place we stayed and with the worst facilities. The host was offhand, seemed she didn’t have time for us and unhelpful. She told us she would take a long time to reply to any messages if we had problems and encouraged us to leave her alone basically. This is in stark contrast to every other host we had in Italy (5 others) who couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay special. I messaged once during our four night stay asking for help getting a taxi as they are expensive in Positano and it is recommended that you get a local to source their preferred one. She replied over 24 hours later with a link to google search of “taxi praiano” - very condescending. Seeing as this was the most expensive place we stayed - we felt let down and unwelcome. Would not return here or recommend it.
