Na plus parking w cenie przy budynku.
Pokój z widocznymi śladami użytkowania. Lokalizacja przy głównej arterii w sąsiedztwie lotniska. Zamiast ręcznego termostatu przy kaloryferze zamontowany był termostat elektroniczny z kabelkiem :) żeby zmniejszyć temperaturę trzeba było go ręcznie wkręcić na kaloryfer a żeby kaloryfer zaczął grzać trzeba było go wykręcić (taki był po przyjeździe). Zasadniczo tragedii nie było ale pokój wymaga od czasu do czasu jednak wizyty jakiegoś konserwatora.
