Удобное расположение, тихий уютный район, магазин сразу под домом, никто не шумит. Хоть мы и были на машине, с этой точки очень удобно везде добираться. Въезд на парковки только по чипам, но в паре метров от жк можно найти парковку

Łatwy, bezosobowy odbiór kluczy. Prywatny (płatny) parking odgrodzony szlabanem blisko budynku. Do śródmieścia około 20 minut samochodem, można też dojechać SKM. Klimatyzacja, balkon i aneks kuchenny oraz wygodna, prywatna łazienka. W pobliżu m.in. Biedronka i bistro z obiadami na wagę, przed budynkiem piekarnia.
Czystość do poprawy - dobrze byłoby usunąć zalegający kurz m.in z listew przypodłogowych i gniazdek, usunąć kamień z czajnika i dokładnie wyczyścić płytki i fugi pod prysznicem, odmalować ściany. Wyposażenie kuchni jest bardzo podstawowe - jeśli ktoś chciałby tam zostać na więcej niż jeden dzień i przyrządzić coś na miejscu to będzie trudno.

Недалеко от автовокзала Заходни, но в целом не самое самое удачное расположение в городе.

Spory balkon z fajnym widokiem. Lokalizacja super, blisko do różnych środków transportu przez co łatwo się wszędzie dostać.
Niestety bardzo brudno, pościel była mega brudna i ogólnie czystość tego apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Brak kosza na śmieci. W łazience nieprzyjemnie pachnie.
