Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko wejścia na plażę i ulicy z jedzeniem.
Nie widzę większych wad, świadomie decydowałem się że może być głośniej wieczorem w tej lokalizacji dlatego wybrałem termin w tygodniu.

Die Lage kann besser nicht sein direkt in der Innenstadt an der Promenade 2 min zum Strand. Meerblick. Die Eigentümerin sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super sauber. Handtücher vorhanden. Sogar zwei Liegestühle und ein Paravan für den Strand zur Benutzung vorhanden.
Jeden Tag Partys in der Innenstadt mit extrem lauter Musik. Deswegen in der Saison eher was für jüngere die gerne feiern möchten oder einfach das Leben vom Balkon her verfolgen möchten.
