Pokój czysty, dużo miejsca w szafie, spory balkon z widokiem na jezioro. Duża łazienka z dużą, wygodną kabiną prysznicową. W pokoju czajnik i lodówka oraz dwa ręczniki. Dogodne położenie w centrum Unieścia, blisko Jamna i przystani kutrów. Obok siłownia plenerowa i placyk zabaw, a także ścieżka spacerowa wzdłuż brzegu jeziora.
Brak roletki na oknie w łazience, które wychodzi na ulicę i okna innych budynków. Słabo zorganizowany parking z miejscami zastawnymi - jeżeli jest się zastawionym, to nie można wyjechać bez umawiania się z innymi gośćmi. Ogólnie obiektowi przydałoby się odświeżenie, bo jest czysty, ale sporo elementów wyposażenia ma już swoje lata.

Skvělá poloha u jezera. Kousek k moři, obchodům a promenádě. Vybavení starší, ale účel přespání splnilo. Majitel ochotný, milý pán.
Matrace u dvou ze tří pokojů už lehce proleželé, ale na pár nocí jsme to zvládli. Poměr cena/výkon ubytování splnilo.

Bardzo blisko do jeziora i morza. Jedzenie blisko ośrodka.
Pokój nadaje się do odnowienia. Czas się zatrzymał w latach 90. Materac brudny z pleśnią lub grzybem. Hałas od siłowni zewnętrznej i placu zabaw dla dzieci. Hałas niosący sie od jeziora latający wodnosamolot.
