We were happy to find this property on short notice so my husband and I had a comfortable place to stay with our dogs while in town visiting his mother in the ICU at Phoebe Putney. The home is comfortable for a family with 3 children (or could fit 4 couples), located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a nice yard, and is only about a 6-minute drive north of the hospital. If available, would stay again when needing to come to town.

The home was in a great neighborhood. The couch was very old, worn and full of pet hair everywhere so you didn’t want to sit in it. It really needs replaced. The home smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. After 24 hours the automatic air freshener sprays helped that. Two of the three bedrooms did not have bedsheets on them. The first night when I called, the owner/manager picked up right away and told us they have done delivered in the morning. He was kind so we said all good. We headed back early afternoon the next day. I called to double check sheets were delivered. We were then told the cleaning crew should have been by with sheets. We arrived at the house, the door code did not work. We called and they were unable to answer but texted. They then gave us access again. Once inside there was no cleaning crew that came by and the beds still did not have sheets. I texted again. A cleaning lady came by then looked for sheets and said there were none.
She then called the owner and gained access to a locked door and got some. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes. Since you are required to load at checkout, seems cleaning crew did not unload. The space of the house was good. A new couch, updated to bathroom and blinds around the house would make it more ideal. Preparing for guest matters. I will say we had plenty of paper and towels. They did great there. The kitchen was pretty well equipped too.
