About this house rental
This is a landscaped brick home, fully furnished and located within 200ft of Spring Creek, which allows easy access to Lake Seminole, Flint and Chattahoochee Rivers, and the popular Silver Lake WMA. This area is known for it's excellent fishing, deer, turkey, hog and duck hunting.
The house provides a view of the creek and the use of a covered boat dock across the street. The dock is within 200 feet of rental. Use of dock for fishing and covered slip available for renters' use. Close proximity to multiple landings and WMA areas. Washer and dryer provided. Fire Pit available, plus wood during colder months, with fenced in back yard and outside table and chairs.
Two full/queen beds, two twins, a couch, and a queen sofa sleeper located in the Florida room makes easy accommodations for 8 or 9. The glass enclosed room makes viewing wildlife, such as deer and turkey, enjoyable. The Florida room is located at the rear of the house next to the woods.
Rental is located approximately 20 miles from Donalsonville and Bainbridge and easy driving distance(about 50 miles) to Tallahassee for FSU games. Several eating establishments, convenience stores, and a Dollar General are within a couple of miles. The popular 'Big Jim's' restaurant and bar is less than two miles away.
This home is a nice place to bring your family, have a family reunion or just spend a weekend. People traveling find this location a great stop over spot before heading into Florida or proceeding north. Come and enjoy 'Creek Life' at it's best!

This house is very quaint and has everything you need. The dock is great, and the neighborhood is quiet. A very comfortable stay.
