Classic Meets Modern – Downtown Balcony Retreat

The apartment is superbly decorated and fitted out and certainly meets the description of 'Classic meets Modern'. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable and well presented.

I was travelling around Portugal for a few days and only got Wifi signal in certain locations, having booked this apartment, I was required to fill out a form, which is were the first mention of a 200 Euro deposit was made. Having arrived in Porto on a wet Friday evening in heavy traffic, I still didn't know the exact location of the apartment and how to access it. It was sorted after a little time, without a deposit being paid.

La situation géographique. Appartement calme et a proximité de tout. Métro, bus a côté. Tout pour le lave linge et lave vaisselle a disposition. 1 bouteille de vin pour nous accueillir. Très gentil. Les personnes qui s occupent de la gestion des appartements sont tres réactifs et tres agréables.

A wonderful terrace with a view of the church, a quiet neighborhood with many delicious bakeries. It’s a bit far from the city center—about a 30-minute walk—but we loved it because it’s peaceful, with no tourist crowds. Plus, there’s a metro station right next to the building that takes you downtown in just 15 minutes, and taxi service in Porto is very affordable. All in all, if we’re ever in Porto again, we’ll definitely choose this apartment—and that’s the best review we can give! g machine, even candles for a cozy evening). Just one note: you can't run several appliances simultaneously as it trips the power, but the owners were extremely responsive and helped fix it right away

Die Lage ist gut, S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, sehr schöne Kirche in der Nachbarschaft, durch den Innenhof sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm.

Die professionelle Reinigung fand wohl nur im Badezimmer statt. Ansonsten wurde wohl nur kurz durchgewischt. Der Staub war nicht entfernt, die Teppiche nur oberflächlich gesaugt. Der Teppich im Schlafzimmer hat viele Flecken. Die Schranktüren wurden nicht gereinigt, überall Handabdrücke. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und hatten nur jeweils zwei kleine und große Handtücher zur Verfügung, die außerdem sehr muffig rochen. Zum Glück gab es die Waschmaschine. Die schöne Terrasse war sehr schmutzig, der Aschenbecher nicht geleert. Das Haus ist zwar schön ausgestattet, aber leider sehr hellhörig.
