Overall, the accommodation is very comfortable and easy to locate. Plenty of restaurants right down on Santa Catarina Street, and it's within short reach of all top tourist spots.
Lack of cleanliness and security: The bathroom was dirty and moldy, and the toilet seat was broken. We notified support, but while we were out the next day, staff entered our room. They only made the top layer of the bed, leaving the sheets untucked, threw our pajamas on the floor, and left the toilet dirty. Very disappointing experience.

The Location
Nothing the only thing was the kettle was broken and could not use it. We had to boil water in pan. I emailed you about it but ever got a reply.

Loved the location and view of the park. Also loved that they provided a bottle of wine and cookies
We thought it was on the first floor and we since we are traveling for 8 months we have a lot of luggage so going up several flights of stairs was not what we had anticipated

There were two air conditioning units, and both were working properly.
The location was good and convenient.
The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cutlery, and several appliances.
Despite the issues with some stains and the sewage smell during the night, the apartment was generally clean and smelled nice.
The sofa had a very large, noticeable stain.
During the night, there was a strong sewage smell in the room.
The duvet had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids.
There were Wi-Fi issues, which also made it impossible to watch TV.
The refrigerator was building up a significant amount of ice, possibly because the door was not closing properly.
