Appartamento pulito, fresco, accogliente e tranquillo. Dentro c'era tutto il necessario, una piccola casa. Ottima posizione, di fronte alla metro.

Manuprāt, ļoti perspektīvi apartamenti un atrašanās vieta izcila, tieši pie metro stacijas. Welcome drinks un cienasts bija patīkams pārsteigums. Atsaucīgi saimnieki, ierašanās brīdī, kad bija problēmas ar ieejas kodiem - salīdzinoši ātri jautājums tika atrisināts. Virtuves piederumi ir pietiekami.

Ir gan jāpieliek mazliet piepūles un ir lietas kas jāsalabo - problēmas ar gultas karkasu, kas ir deformēts kā rezultātā matracis ieņem nepareizu bļodas formu, jāatsvaidzina sagurušās terases mēbeles. Jāpieliek vairāk piepūles arī attiecībā par tīrību, netīri logi, putekļi zem gultas, arī kāpņu telpā putekļu čupiņa nogulēja uz trepēm visu mūsu atrašanās laiku. Apartamentos NAV veļas mašīnas, kas ir maldinošs, nekorekti norādīts fakts.

Close to the Metro, clean and quiet. The team is answering fast and there is a washing machine downstairs. Windows isolate noise quiet nicely as well.

Next to the Building is a construction site, but that seems unavoidable in Porto. The shower is a bit smelly when not used for a bit.

Location

The main issue was the lack of clear information regarding accessibility. The property has many stairs leading up to the second/third floor, and in addition there are even more stairs inside the apartment itself. This information should be clearly disclosed for guests with mobility limitations. As I have mobility difficulties, I called in advance to request assistance with my luggage. Unfortunately, nobody was available to help me, which made my arrival quite difficult. Furthermore, since I did not spend any nights at this property, I requested a refund. I spoke with several people, but nobody was helpful or showed any willingness to find a solution. My request was simply denied.
