Directly accessible from exit of metro station after 1 change from airport, so convenient in case of late arrival to Chongqing. Room was ok spacious, clean. Many local food options nearby.
Staff was not very responsive, i chat 1 day before despite already quite late on how to reach the hotel from airport and if i could book the free transfer as promoted in booking.com. Got a reply only on the next morning, saying not possible to provide airport pick up as it has to be booked 1 day in advance (but you didn't reply my chat the previous day) and then no further response to my further questions on more detail question on how to reach hotel by metro, i had to managed by myself to find out the details. One of my window could not be closed fully, so there was always noise coming from outside especially in the morning when traffic outside starts to pick up. Transfer to down town could take 30-45 minutes.

The room was perfect. The view from the 26th floor is amazing. When coming into the room, the curtain opens automatically and the room is pretty big.
There was no soap at the basin so we used the shampoo provided in the shower. Notice that their free airport pickup service ends at midnight. You can get a fast taxi ride for about 22 yuan though.
