I spent three nights in this apartment... The room was super clean and very well-equipped... Communication was excellent, and access to the apartment was easy... I highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

I liked everything about the accommodation! Really in the center of all events. Shops, cafes very close. I spent great relaxing night before the Darude Sandstorm Run, and running next day was amazing.
Place is clean and cosy, shower, kitchen, all just top quality, nice view outside.

The apartment was clean and silent
There were stickers and pages everywhere full of "do" & "don't" and orders on almost any place you could lay your eyes on...While I understand the hosts can hope guests to be clean and responsible, I felt they cannot pretend them to perfectly fit their desiderata and study tons of words, since they are not giving away their flats for free, and in this case the price is also high for what you get, btw.
The flat is indeed really small and claustrophobic and the profile photo are deliberately misleading. If I had seen before that the apartment only have 18 reviews I wouldn't have trusted the flat rating.
I told the host what I thought about the flat as soon as I got in, and asked him/her if we can find an agreement for a cancelation, they told me to try to have a refund from Booking cause I reserved with them and that was all.
I still didn't recive any answer by Booking, btw.
I then booked an hostel and didn't use the flat for any of the two day I reserved.
I only used the toilet to took a pee when I left the keys at the check out.
Probably the easiest 150€ of host's life
Most expensive pee of my life for sure.
