The hosts were easy to communicate with, the bed was comfortable.
A couple of issues needed attention. The Strand can be noisy at times.

Great location! Room was easily accessible & facilities were great. Very clean and view was lovely.
Would definitely book again.
Bit of tourist advice or info booklets in room would be helpful. Shower screen doesn’t prevent water from going on floor in bathroom as it doesn’t close in properly.
