The location is perfect. Right in the heart of everything.
The rooms are tired and old. While the bathroom was clean it didn't look so clean because of the age of everything, ie stained bath.

Position was excellent. Close to walks, gardens, museums, Magnetic Is ferry, street art, restaurants and Townsville CBD. We were able to walk to everything.
The unit was generally in need of a little TLC. Very old bathroom.
