A localização excepcional, as comodidades no imóvel, como máquina de lavar roupa, micro-ondas, ferro de passar roupa..
Limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, ralo do banheiro entupido, quarto sem janela, muito quente e sem ar condicionado, o que torna o ambiente um pouco desconfortável. Falta uma saboneteira na pia e no box.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Na nogach można dojść do wielu atrakcji turystycznych, jest to bardzo ważne bo w przypadku Porto, poruszanie się samochodem po mieście jest bardzo uciążliwe.
Z lodówki ciekła woda i być może to jest jedna z przyczyn zapachu pleśni w szafkach kuchennych. W sypialni też dało się wyczuć zapach pleśni szczególnie że nie było tam okna .

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Porto and very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
We also really appreciated how responsive the GuestReady team was. When we reported an issue with the shower, they arranged for a technician to come and it was completely repaired very quickly. They also delivered two new pillows promptly. We really appreciated their quick and helpful response.
The cleanliness on arrival could be improved. We found some hair and dust in several areas, and the pillows in the bedroom were quite heavily stained. There was also water left in the kettle, and the inside of the washing machine was still very damp.
The windowless bedroom was also quite humid and had a noticeable musty smell.
As we had booked for four people, we would also have appreciated having the sofa bed and bedding better prepared before our arrival.
