Domus 21 - Entreparedes

Domus 21 - Entreparedes is a practical choice for a trip to Porto. The location is very convenient, making it easy to walk to most main attractions. The apartment is spacious, very clean, offering plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The facilities were overall well-kept. The air conditioning units worked efficiently to keep the primary living space cool (main bedroom and livingroom). The host was very responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. The easy self check-in process made arrival completely hassle-free.

The downside is the smaller room, which has no windows and no air conditioning unit, making it feel warm compared to the rest of the property. We happened to visit during an unusually hot period for Porto, otherwise probably it would not have been an issue. There is no washing machine in the apartment, which might be an inconvenience if you are planning a longer stay or traveling light. Still, there is a loundry just near the entrance to the building.

Clean, comfortable and well located. Good communication with host, quick responses. Laundromat next to the property

Only one set of keys provided. No space in the building to leave the luggage after check out.

Great apt in a great location. Main room very pleasant with many easy to open windows overlooking nice courtyard. Weather was mild so we didn't need or try A/C.

Could use better info, such as how to use TV. Finally found Netflix and started watching movie but it paused every 30 seconds or so, so we gave up. 1st night wifi kept saying 'no internet' for one of us, annoying. After that wifi was fine. Bed was too firm for us, although we know preferences vary.

We had very noisy neighbours. At times we felt quite threatened especially in the morning and we opened curtains to one guy exposing himself. The response to our complaint was professional and thank you to Mike for his help.
