Wir haben das Haus genauso vorgefunden, wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Bilder waren zutreffend und es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Einchecken mittels Schlüsselbox hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Im Haus befand sich eine Anleitung für Zwischenfälle wie z.B. das Herausspringen einer Sicherung, die Müllentsorgung am letzen Tag und eben solche Dinge. In der Küche war ein Geschirrhandtuch, Spülmittel, Geschirrspülertabs und ähnliches ungebraucht für uns vorbereitet. Die Küche war sauber und für unseren Gebrauch alles vorhanden. Gekocht haben wir allerdings nichts, wir haben für uns kochen lassen :).
Das Badezimmer ist recht klein und kann nur nacheinander benutzt werden. Dort waren auch einige extra Utensilien wie z.B. Pflaster vorhanden. Die für uns vorbereiteten Handtücher waren neuwertig und sauber. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern hat bestens funktioniert. Die Matratzen waren in gutem Zustand und auf keinen Fall durchgelegen oder unbequem.
Auf der Terrasse gab es einen Gasgrill, dieser war in appetitlichem Zustand, wurde aber ebenfalls von uns nicht genutzt. Selbst ein Feuerzeug zum anzünden war vorhanden.
In der Garage befanden sich mehrere Sonnenschirme in gutem Zustand, die man für den Strandbesuch nutzen konnte.
Wir können das Haus empfehlen.
Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist abenteuerlich und das Garagentor endet recht niedrig. Da wir einen SUV als Mietwagen hatten, war die Garage für uns nicht nutzbar. Es gibt allerdings Parkplätze an der Straße, so war immer ein Parkplatz zu finden.
Mich persönlich haben die Müllbehälter auf der Terrasse gestört. Hier sollte man eine bessere Lösung finden.

A very nice and clean apartment, well equipped – the kitchen had everything we needed. An additional plus was the grill. Great communication with the host, and the check-in instructions were very clear and detailed. The private parking was a big advantage, although you need to be a good driver to park there. Another huge benefit were the beach umbrellas provided in the apartment – absolutely essential for enjoying the beaches in Sardinia. Deposit returned the next day.
I highly recommend it!
We understand the need to follow the waste collection schedule and we tried to respect it. Unfortunately, at the end of our stay we were still left with quite a lot of rubbish, which we had to take to the eco-centre ourselves. This was not a convenient experience for us, and without a rental car we honestly don’t know how we would have managed to dispose of it.
