We loved everything about this property. From the gorgeous sunsets on the rooftop patio to the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. We loved cooking in the kitchen and enjoying the brightness of the space. Relaxed evenings after the setting sun we enjoyed curling up watching the large flat screen t.v. Our host Massimo was so helpful from sending videos upon check in regarding the lockbox, to making wonderful suggestions on things to do, including restaurants and the local market. While the property is a fair walk to town, we loved the exercise and it was such a pleasant stroll, approximately 15 minutes to downtown. And, because of this distance from town, it made the stay so quiet and peaceful. Free parking was never a problem right in front of the property.
There was nothing we did not enjoy.

Bardzo wygodne, przestronne mieszkanie. Urządzone komfortowo i ze smakiem. Czyste. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Łatwa komunikacja z gospodarzem. Gospodarz był elastyczny, gościnny, dzielił się rekomendacjami co warto zwiedzić, gdzie warto zjeść. Apartament ma też taras, na którym można jeść posiłki, z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Okolica jest cicha. Czuliśmy się tam wspaniale i bezpiecznie.
Nietypowe jest to, że pościel i ręczniki są dodatkowo płatne. Nie zwróciłam na to uwagi, choć w opisie jest to jasno napisane. Wolałabym, żeby te koszty były wliczone w cenę najmu. Byłoby super gdyby była jeszcze zmywarka do naczyń. Ale to takie nice to have.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le varie spiagge e cale di Villasimius. Dopo una giornata al sole l'ampio balcone porticato è perfetto per rilassarvi alla sera godendo la sua ombra, la vista sui colli circostanti e magari un aperitivo. L'appartamento è ideale per una coppia, è confortevole e offre la giusta privacy. Il proprietario ci ha dato delle ottime dritte su ristoranti, agriturismo e pizzerie da provare.

Appartement assez grand pour deux personnes, bien équipé, avec un lave-linge, pratique pour nous qui terminons un road-trip en Sardaigne. En voiture, proche des plages de la région. Endroit calme en cette fin octobre, peu de touriste.
