Very comfortable cottage, beds were very cosy! Good facilities, nice little outside space and had everything we needed. Good location next to the river and you can walk to Bude and the beach in around 30 mins.
You are next to a busy road so there is some road noise. Some people moaned about the wifi, yeah is was a little slow, but we weren't bothered too much. There is no parking so we had to park in the village car park which is no longer free.
