A compact two bedroom barn conversion within a development of 8 units with access to a shared tennis court. To the ground floor is an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with a back door onto the private garden which overlooks the golf course to the sea. To the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The property is next door to Ivyleaf golf course and within 5-10 mins drive of plenty of beaches.

Perfect little getaway. Idyllic spot easy drive to do many great beaches & walks.
Exceptionally clean & very well equipped.

The accomodation was comfortable in a lovely location & quiet. Unfortunately we had issues with the shower. Water flow terrible and constant fluctuating temperature ( freezing to boiling). Reported issue to host who replied quickly to say new shower would be fitted next wk. Although Not any good for us staying this wk. Two very dirty used baked on trays were left in the oven. Host apologised and gave new trays. Obviously missed in cleaning. One disappointment was the washing machine. We were expecting a washing machine in the house as it stated a washing machine in the listing. There was a laundry room on the site but at a cost. Also a garden parasol would be handy for some shade in the lovely garden area. It was extremely hot during our stay. Despite the shower we had a lovely holiday.
