Jag bokade hotellet (La Habana) i 3 nätter och fick bekräftelse från Booking.com, men 12 timmar innan Incheckning fick ett meddelande från Ms.Pikul...(Pam) att jag måste byta till La Casita för en natt och sen komma at flytta till La Habana annars Hon ska avboka(cancell)a hela bookingen, jag förklarade för Henne att jag planerat att bo på La Habana som jag betalade i 3 nätter i förväg via booking.com...eftersom jag hade ont om tid att avboka hela resan därför gick jag på hennes förslag, nätsa dag när jag skulle check in på room 135/132 men inget blev av detta heller. det blev ändring till room 135/441 istället som var ostädat fick vänta ett bra tag jag vill bara säga att hon behandlade min bokning på ett oproffsigt och slarvigt sätt. Jag är mycket besviken och onöjd med hur hon behandlade mitt ärende.
Hur Ms.Pikul behandlade mitt booking.
