The condition of apartment is great, nothing is broken and looks exactly the same as on the photos. Many little things that make your stay even more cozy than expected, like air fresheners in cabinets etc etc. The owner Sopin is the greatest owner I ever met on Booking, always proactive and texted me first right away after booking confirmation. Definitely worth every penny.

Aan de ingang is er beveiligingscontrole. Het is er zeer rustig en je kan een huurbrommer aan het onthaal plaatsen. Wat je nodig hebt in je dagelijks omgang is er aanwezig en er wordt op tijd verse bedlinnen en handdoeken vervangen alsook netjes gepoetst! Het terras bevind zich op de schaduwkant wat een groot pluspunt is! De supermarkt ligt om de hoek en de warme bakker 2 huizen verder. Heb je vragen of een probleem.... de toffe gastheer Sopin lost het voor je op. Onze taxi kwam ons de dag van vertrek om 16:00 u ophalen en we mochten tot die tijd van het appartement gebruik maken.... echt super ! Location is excellent and communication with the host was very quick and responsive.

We booked and paid for a total of six weeks, but left after 5 weeks. Bathroom shower curtain had back mould along the entire base as did the anti-slip mat. The bathroom sink would not drain unless you lent down under the sink and released the mechanisim that controls the plug. Toilet seat was not secure and was unstable, and felt that it would break. Paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Rug in lounge was filthy and we had it removed. Lounge was old and had no back support and had many stains on it, with blankets used to cover them up. Matress was replaced quickly when we complained about how hard it was but we noticed a lot of stains on it as it was removed. Replacement matress had a built in topper offering slightly better comfort and was cleaner. Pillows were very dirty and had an odour, we purchased our own. Air Fryer did not work and cook top was difficult/temperamental to use. The impression that we were left with is that the host is not actively involved in the ongoing management of the property, as surely many of the above matters would have been observed and dealt with. New guests should be aware that building works that are nearby are expected to continue for at least another 12 months and that noise, particularly deliveries (truck air brakes and reversing alarms) occur 7 days a week at all hours. Also note that the apartment blocks smoking area is situated almost directly below the apartment balcony, 2 floors below. We often smelt cigarettes and marijuana and heard groups talking/ watching videos on speaker at night.
