Sehr nette herzliche Gastgeber. Gute Klimaanlage, schönes modern renoviertes Bad. Da es im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist es sehr praktisch für Haustiere. Man läuft zu Fuß ca 25 min zum Bahnhof, von dort hat man viele Züge z.B. nach Mailand oder zu den Seen.
Das Gebäude ist sehr alt, das Vorderhaus zur Straße unrenoviert, was einen ersteinmal erschreckt. Der Innenhof könnte gepflegter sein. Das Studio/Zimmer selbst ist sehr simpel, aber ordentlich und hat alles was man für kurze Aufenthalte benötigt.

Ambiente silenzioso, ottimo per riposare. Il materasso è di ottima qualità.
Manca uno chiusura al box doccia, mancano gli asciugamani del bidet, e quelli presenti sono rigidi, i cuscini inadeguati, e non ho trovato la.presenza di una scopa per poter rassettare, e il micio è sporco. La casa si presente buia, nonostante le luci il frigor purtroppo perde acqua.
