FALSE ADVERTISING(no Hot Tub/ Jacuzzi) + the owner is very rude, dishonest and not fair to guests. I will just explain what happened. I booked this place because it says in the description that there is a hot tub available! The description doesn’t mention any restrictions to use. After I booked this place I found out because of my own Investigation that there is not hot Tub most of the year which is false advertising. I also got agreed a refund by booking after I complained on the phone with 5 different agents. The owner denied everything!! Also denying my request to cancel. Saying I can’t read. And it’s my fault. Clearly you can still see as of today he didn’t change the Jacuzzi rules so I’m forced to let other guests know with a bad review just because of the dishonesty of the owner. I tried it very politely a lot of times.

The property felt old and uncomfortable, and the check-in system was confusing and unreliable. On top of that, the deposit refund was never returned, and communication about it was unclear and unprofessional.

The host is insisting on an online check-in with an unknown website that is not even showing its privacy policy mentioning that it is required by law. This website is requesting copies of passports and selfies and a lot of information, that I didn’t feel safe to share. The host didn’t even agree to check the travel documents himself when I offered that. This details were not mentioned before I confirm the booking, hence I was charged the whole amount of the stay, and the host didn’t agree to reduce the charge even.

We loved to have the whole house experience. It felt like we were living in Italy. Our host was very helpful and friendly… So thankful for that. The location is convenient if you have a car from the airport it’s only 10 minutes. Shops closed by. We booked this place because we arrived late and wanted the closet place possible and it was surprisingly beautiful :) Recommended.

Not much negativity. it’s hard to get to without a car & maybe water in the fridge on arrival would’ve been useful. :)

To be honest nothing,

we arrive late and the location was hard to find, the host didn’t have his phone with him, so he couldn’t help us, we had to fill out a big form online the took us 45 minutes, because wasn’t loading . We got in the house ready to shower and the shower was clogged with one minute, so we couldn’t shower properly, because we need to wait 45 minutes to the water go down in the drain . The bed are hardy as a rock, the pillows are horrible too. The house doesn’t smell pleasant By 5:00 am the neighborhood has lots of noise . And the worse part is the host treatment . This shouldn’t be at booking . We use booking for years, I have been traveling for two weeks already between Germany and Italy this is my first property that was very disappointed. I don’t recommend anyone staying in the house .

Perfect place to oversleep before early morning flight or after late landing. Pleasant little garden. Somma Lombardo is a nice sleepy town worth seeing after/before visit of lively Milan.

Difficoltà nel ritirare le chiavi in quanto è possibile farlo solo dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno (con relativa commissione aggiuntiva) e versato un deposito cauzionale con una app non proprio chiarissima, la cosa non è specificata nelle informazioni su booking.com quindi va risolta davanti al cancello di casa (sperando non piova). L'app in questione richiede una caparra ma avendo già pagato in anticipo il soggiorno non si capiva a cosa si riferisse la caparra in questione. Contattato l'host ci ha dato le informazioni tramite whatsapp dicendo che si trattava di un difetto di traduzione della app. L'app inoltre crea difficoltà nel registrare i documenti d'identità nella fase di check in. Superata questa difficoltà iniziale siamo entrati nell' appartamento, l'odore di umidità e muffa ti assale appena aperta la porta prima ancora di entrare, l'appartamento era gelido, muri sporchi, muffa sulle pareti di tutti i locali.Per aprire il divano letto (scomodo e sporco) e trovare i cuscini è necessario seguire le istruzioni on line scaricabili tramite un qr code appeso alla parete. Le federe del divano letto erano talmente sporche che abbiamo dovuto chiederne in prestito agli amici residenti in zona, oltre agli asciugamani da doccia visto che quelli presenti erano troppo piccoli. Viste le condizioni igieniche non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina e gli accessori. Ragnatele sia all'interno che all' esterno. Zanzariere rotte, i mobili della camera da letto impresentabili. Con la temperatura esterna sotto lo zero era così difficile far partire il riscaldamento un po' prima dell'arrivo previsto? Essere host significa non solo offrire alloggio (decoroso possibilmente) ma anche accoglienza (anche se mediata da dispositivi elettronici), tutto questo non c'è stato. INOLTRE, DOPO LA RECENSIONE, STO RICEVENDO OFFESE TRAMITE WHATSAPP DA PARTE DEL GESTORE DELL'IMMOBILE
