Amazing place in Los Cristianos

The apartment is wonderful. It's perfectly located for access to the beach without traipsing up any hills. It's quite spacious and was exceptionally clean. The bathroom has ample space with a roomy shower unlike many. There is a good modern washing machine and well equipped kitchen. I felt the apartment was better than the impression given from the advert pictures.

A big reason I chose the property was because it included private parking, however when I arrived I was told that the previous guests had taken the key with them so I would not be able to use it. I was told the key would arrive in 2 days and it would be given to me then but never heard back on the matter. In this respect I feel I didn't get what I paid for, and also question why I was not told this before I arrived even though I had been asking specifically about parking beforehand. I discovered that the balcony doors could not be locked, nor could one of the the shutters be closed. I was told not to worry because there is a CCTV sticker outside that would deter thieves, but that it would be resolved. I never heard back again. Because I was working remotely this meant I had to keep valuable equipment in the car to ensure my insurance would cover any loss - highly inconvenient and not conducive to relaxation. The oven thermostat was broken meaning the oven did not stop heating at any temperature. Result - burnt and wasted food :( To be fair I didn't bring this up during my stay as the management still hadn't got back to me about the other issues. It was a shame about those points because otherwise the apartment was excellent and better than expected. 10/10 for the price range if those problems were resolved or even just honestly communicated.
