Muy buena atención, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes, cuando nos fuimos nos guardaron las valijas todo el día, nos recibieron muy bien.
El departamento muy completo: cocina, heladera, calefacción. La cama cómoda.
Perfecto para pasar unos días en esa ciudad y recorrer. La ubicación también cómoda.

Accessible in 20-25 minutes by foot from main station, 5 minutes to the metro to the Messe Centrum.
A nice little cocktail bar to chill on the evening at 10m. A lidl for some grocery shopping 5 minutes away.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and was quite and nice.
Small with everything I needed for a stay alone: a double bed, toilets/showers and a little kitchen with coffee maker (nespresso pods, 4 were provided, more available at the nearby grocery shop), fridge, oven and plates. I only used it for breakfast, it is enough to cook small meals. To eat for two people the table would be a little small but it is doable. There would even be a TV, didn't have time to try it. Internet worked fine.
Nothing to complain.
As written in the description, it is on the 3rd floor without elevator with a not so large stair. If you are not ok with that, go elsewhere. For me it was no problem.

It was inside the old city walls.
It is close to Red Lights street and I guess it’s often getting in use for “that”.
