Verkehrsgünstige und dennoch ruhige Lage. Kontaktaufnahme durch Vermieter für den Zugang just in Time. Angemessener günstiger Preis.
Abfalleimer im Bad mit gebrauchtem Toilettenpapier gefüllt. Sonst aber alles sauber.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen aber auch der ÖPNV ist schnell zu erreichen. Zum puren übernachten ist die Wohnung ok.
Die Duschkabine und die Möbel sind stark verschlissen, die Sanitär- und Elektroinstalation sind sehr "improvisiert". Die Fenster sind zum Hinterhof heraus. Da sich da eine Autowerkstatt befindet, ist es ab 7 Uhr laut.
