Location. Was next to a beautiful lake and close enough to walk to the old town

Curtains weren’t covering the whole windows. Very bright and hard to sleep. Pillows was also very soft and uncomfortable.

Wonderful accommodation! Very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, from a microwave to a toaster. There is a tram stop nearby, making travel to Nuremberg and city walks very convenient.

The accommodation was pleasant overall, although it was located in a large apartment block with many residents. On the first day, there was a strong smell of cannabis throughout the building, accompanied by loud music. For this reason, I would be hesitant to recommend it to young women or similarly situated travelers. On a positive note, the location was convenient – close to the tram and near the lake. It was easy to travel from this area, and the city center was accessible within a 20-minute walk.

Although the accommodation itself was generally fine, it was located in a large, impersonal apartment block with many residents. On the first day, there was a noticeable smell of cannabis throughout the building and loud music coming from nearby units. In the evening, I felt somewhat uneasy—navigating through a narrow side street to find the apartment in such a large complex was not entirely comfortable. These factors may make the place less suitable for solo travelers, especially young women or those seeking a greater sense of security.

It was good enough for what we needed.

The building reeked of smoke. The smell of cigarette smoke filled into the entry way, so much so, that we closed the door to the entry room and the main room as to not breath in the smell of cigarette smoke every time we were in the apartment. The most controllable part on behalf of the management is that there is no Rollladen. At 5:30am the apartment was as bright as mid-day. So it was incredibly difficult to sleep longer than 5:30am in the spring/summer. That apartment needs some serious blackout curtains that stretch along the entirety of the window or an installation of blinds. The curtains there are much too thin. This apartment building is quite sketchy at night. I was traveling with wife and mother, arriving to the apartment at 11pm, they felt very frightened to enter the premises. The instructions were also not incredibly clear on how to find the bike… you have to go up the stairs to get to the ground floor.
