The property was spotless, spacious, beautiful windows to open and really nice.
The outside the property, the hallway leading up the stairs is really unclean (it’s the building not the actual accommodation)
My only gripe was I couldn’t find the property I called three times to the owner and nobody answered or called me back whatsoever in the end I found it of course so all good but still.

Super Lage, große komfortable Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer und gemütlicher Küche als Aufenthaltsräume. U-Bahn und mehrere Supermärkte in direkter Nähe.
An einer gut befahrenen Hauptstraße gelegen - mit offenen Fenster schlafen war ziemlich laut

Le logement est grand, moderne, comfortable et bien équipé. Proche des transports, c’est idéal pour passer un week-end à Berlin et visiter tous ses monuments. Je recommande !

Die Ferienwohnung lag mitten in einem Wohnhaus, in dem sogar 2 Apartments Wohnraum weggenommen haben. Das war uns nicht so klar, nächstes Mal wieder Hotel.
Zudem super laut, Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Stylisches Apartment ist übertrieben, schlicht eingerichtet, aber vorhanden, was man braucht.
