Nous avons aimé l'appartement très bien équipé, confortable. Très bel emplacement sur Epinal et de plus une agréable terrasse. Tout à proximité. Et pas besoin de chercher un emplacement pour garer la voiture qui était dans la cour, trés pratique. Concernant le propriétaire un accueil très chaleureux, au petit soin pour nous. Nous avons été vraiment comblés. Encore un grand merci pour tout Monsieur Ourion.
Rien à dire nous avons tout apprécié.

Very spacious and well equipped.
Washing machine appeared not to be plumbed in so could not be used, first impressions aren’t great, with a little more TLC this will be an lovely place to stay.

Location is good for access to the canoeing course and city centre. Car parking excellent. Cooker, dishwasher and washing machine all excellent.
This apartment needs a good tidy up, I stayed previously and thought that it had not been finished, but this year it is in worse condition. It needs some general maintenance.
