Extremely disappointing

Not at all like on the pictures. Smell of tobacco in the apartment. Broken shutters. I usually use reviews to choose bookings but in this case they are way off. The worst place I have ever stayed in. And with an overall score of 8.2!!!!! Had we not arrived after midnight we would have left again.

One of the worst apartments I have ever been to...

1. The location of the apartment was great, in the center. The view from the apartment was great - a river view. 2. The beds were comfort.

1.The apartment is located on the 4th floor (62 stairs) without an elevator (not mentioned on Booking site). 2. Free private parking is available on the reservation. In fact, you have only public parking and it's not always available near the apartment (and it's not free). 3. There is a refrigerador without freezer. 4. The apartment was very dirty including dirty towels. 5. There were many broken and unfinished parts on the apartment. To be honest, one of the worst apartment l have ever been to. The owner should take his clients in more respective manner.

Funky apartment on fourth floor with access through a very dingy, dark hallway

The view and the location was great. The owner responded quickly and friendly per mail.

4 flights of stairs in a dingy, dark hallway. This needs to be mentioned on the booking site. We are elderly and it was rough for us. We had no large towels only small, old, grey and not fresh smelling ones. The cleaning could be better. The beds were uncomfortable. Unfortunately, no freezer compartment. Paid Parking only and not available close by.

good location and view

the water was getting clogged in the shower. the place looks a little run down and in need of a renovation. No lift so you have to walk up 4 floors.

Very nice, would certainly stay again!

We stayed for one night in august (family of 6). The apartment is located on the third floor of an older building (no elevator) and it offers a beautiful view of the river and the city. There are two bedrooms and a fold open sofa in the living room. The apartment was very clean and very good for a short stay. There is a bar at the ground floor with a very sympathetic owner (it closed well before midnight, no noise) and also place to have breakfast. There are parkings in the vicinity and also plenty restaurants nearby. The shower is new, large and very good. There is even printer available (we didn't need it, but still could be very handy for a tourist)

There are no ventilators or air conditioning.

Médiocre et à oublier

La vue sur la Moselle.

En premier lieu et surtout, avoir eu la surprise de constater à notre arrivée que l'accès au logement se faisait sans ascenseur (!), au 4e étage, ce qui n'était indiqué nulle part, que ce soit sur le site ou par les informations des propriétaires (absents). De surcroît par une cage d'escalier étroite, fort peu commode pour monter les bagages encombrants et un peu malodorante. Il a fallu aider notre chienne âgée tant pour monter que pour descendre. L'immeuble est ancien et l'entrée n'est guère réjouissante. La lumière du palier ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui oblige à s'éclairer pour taper le code d'entrée au logement. La cuisine du logement est certes plutôt agréable, mais le reste de l'appartement est assez tristounet, voire peu engageant. Le réfrigérateur n'inclut pas de quoi faire des glaçons, ni, surtout, de quoi refroidir les pains de glace dont on a besoin pour la nourriture lorsqu'on quitte le logement ! Par ailleurs, tout le logement sent le tabac, surtout sur le canapé. Pour se garer, c'est assez difficile, et les places dans la rue sont évidemment payantes. L'appartement semble géré par un organisme tiers (hôtelier), qui répond au n° de contact. La personne nous a demandé si notre séjour s'était bien passé, et nous a incités à bien noter le logement. On nous a rappelés suite à notre départ pour nous féliciter d'avoir laissé l'appartement en bon état, pour nous inciter de nouveau à mettre une bonne note au séjour. Ce type de démarche commerciale est très agaçante. Séjour à oublier pour notre part, et à ne conseiller à la rigueur que pour des jeunes habitués aux logements étudiants, et fumeurs.

Wasmachine staat in de beschrijving. Alleen was deze op slot. Hier zoeken wij wel ons verblijf op uit, zodat we niet zoveel kleren mee hoeven te nemen. We hebben contact proberen te zoeken, maar geen duidelijk antwoord gekregen. Ook voelden we ons een beetje opgejaagd, omdat de schoonmaakster de dag van vertrek bijna een uur voor uiterste uitchecktijd al aan de deur stond.

Kort en onveilig.

Wij hebben last minute geboekt en de response tijd was goed. Het uitzicht en de locatie is mooi.

Locatie is studentikoos ingericht. Code oranje in regio. Flinke lekkage in woonkamer 4 vierkantemeter in mum van tijd onder water, langs muren en elektriciteit. Onveilig gevoel.

Central et pratique

Le bien est situé en plein centre ville à proximité des commerces. Il est correctement équipé et on y est à l’aise même à 5. Le propriétaire est réactif quand on lui demande quelque chose. Il y a des produits de dépannage dans l’appartement et c'est appréciable (café, thé, huile, sel, liquide vaisselle...)

Il y a une forte odeur de cigarette dans la cage d'escalier et malheureusement celle-ci rentre dans l’appartement. Certains équipements sont fixés de façon instable et bouge (robinets, vasque, poignet de la porte). J'ai du déboucher la douche car il y avait beaucoup de cheveux et savon qui obstruaient la bonde (pensez à le nettoyer en même temps que la douche)

L'emplacement ! Par contre nous dire le samedi après midi que nous pouvons déjeuner juste en bas à la boulangerie ! Il faudrait peut-être se renseigner avant !!!c'est fermé le dimanche !!!

Spacieux et bien placé à tarif contenu mais manque de charme et de confort.

Emplacement central, jolie vue sur la Moselle et la rive est, belle salle de douche, accès automatique simplifié.

Isolation phonique trop faible, toutes les portes ferment mal (lino ?), finitions, décoration et literie à revoir, parking pas évident à proximité.
