Le calme; l'accueil ( l'hôte sait communiquer sa passion des animaux et la fait partager); l'ambiance champêtre ; la convivialité qui s'installe facilement entre les différents résidents .
Il serait bien que les toilettes soient indépendantes de la salle de bain ( quand c'est en commun, il peut y avoir "embouteillage" ) . Sinon, tout est bien conçu.
