Apartment is neat and clean. What is also important, it was very quite. The building is just 3 stories tall and there are just few neighbors. We were there in November and the heating was just great and you could regulate anyway you like. The mattress on the bed is very comfortable. You can close the curtains so it will be very dark in the bedroom and sleep all you need. High speed internet allows to work and have TCs, if needed. There is a small shop right in the building and you can take a 5-7 minute walk to a supermarket and a couple of restaurants. I really enjoyed staying in the apartment.

If you come by car be prepared that it will be challenging to find a parking spot even on municipal parking spaces (in the evenings), but if you park there and forget to pay - unlikely to get a fine. If planning a long term stay be prepared that there is no washing machine. And the last, my personal suggestion - I would appreciate if there was a microwave in the apartment.
