Die Aussicht, die Ruhe, die gesamte Ausstattung, die Möblierung, die Lage, der gedeckte Parkplatz, die Ausstattung der Küche, genügend Frottee-Wäsche vorhanden,

Schlüsselübergabe mit entsprechendem Zeitverlust (vor allem beim Abgeben - Einbahnstrasse), zu kleine Küche für zwei kochbegeisterte Personen, kein Toaster, Abfallkübel neben dem Boiler (Hitze entwickelt Geruch im Abfallsack, resp. Küche), Bettwäsche (Leintuch alt und übel riechend, ev. auch Molton).
