We had a wonderful stay in these apartments in Istanbul. Everything was perfect — the location is excellent, very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Ηταν κοντά στο κέντρο, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία
Την πρώτη μέρα που μπήκαμε, είχε ξαφνικά πέντε άνδρες που προσπάθησαν να μπουν με τα κλειδιά τους. Είπαν ότι μείνανε στο ίδιο διαμέρισμα. Μιλήσαμε με το προσωπικό και είπε ότι έπρεπε να μείνουμε εκεί, αλλά στην παραγγελία μας ήταν άλλο διαμέρισμα. Τρομάξαμε με τη συνάντηση των πέντε επισκεπτών. Και μετά από δύο μέρες ήρθε το προσωπικό και είπε ότι να μας αλλάξει το διαμέρισμα που είχαμε κλείσει. Ζητήσαμε να μας αποζημιώσει αλλά δεν είχε κάνει τίποτα. Εν των μεταξύ, η καθαρίστρια ήξερε ότι μείναμε απέναντι και ξεχάσαμε το σαμπουάν και άλλα πράγματα που πήραμε και δεν μας επέστρεψε. Ηταν πολύ απίστευτο. Δεν νιώσαμε καλά με τη συμπεριφορά τους.
