Location great for taksim Square and the apartment was spacious but could do with a refurbish.food and shops nearby and security at front desk were brilliant and helped with checking in and taxis.

Location, fitness, sauna and pool
Bad service, there wasn't anyone to talk to... We asked the security, serving as a receptionist a bunch of times about the manager, since we needed towels and toilet paper, but no one showed up.
