Starville Hotel Andheri MIDC

The rooms were as seen in the photos. Very spacious, neat and clean. Bathrooms were very clean too. For the price the rooms were really good. AC, Work table, Full size dressing mirror. King size bed. Everything about the room was too good.

limitations. The hotel doesn't have a n elevator and the passage way up is too narrow to carry big size baggage and walk . But for the crowd that comes here, it doesn't matter.

When I arrived I asked for availability of a room which I already knew they had, as I checked before I arrived on booking.com. The lady at reception she quoted 4400rs per room. I said on the internet it 2557rs. She argued about it, then she said I will give you a discount and charge you 3000rs. Then I went on booking.com took a screenshot and showed it to her, then reluctantly she said book on line then you pay whatever it says on screen which is what I did in the end. She was trying to charge me double what the going rate was on the day. She continued to argue until I almost was about to walk out, until I proved it to her their rates on line. She seemed to be the manager. Another staff kept questioning my visa status which was stated clearly that I had 5 year visa stamp on my passport. They were trying to cheat me in paying more, they thought as I hadn't booked prior, I have come from the street and trying to book a room and they can take advantage of the situation.

Everything was good

It is neat and clean and nearby markets u can walk around and get anything you need

I booked 1 day before i arrive when i reached the reception guy said that the hotel is fully booked after 15 min they areanged a room for me
