The house itself, the large bed/s, the location, the ambience of the area.
The inside toilet took a bit of time to refill, in the morning, the outside toilet took seconds. The mirror in front of the inside toilet gave a view of men using the toilet, an unusual option. The driveway to the backyard could do with repairs, as it was rather uneven. Regardless, none of the above detracted from the house and the enjoyment of staying there.

The interior designer of the property was of a very high standard for a rental property
The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bedrooms beautifully decorated. The bed was heaven, so comfortable and cosy. The bathroom was old but clean and manageable, with a good shower head over the bath. We only used one room, but there was an extra toilet outside
The house was fully heated. The property managers were very considerate and kind
We liked everything.
It is on a busy(for Orange!) road but it didn’t worry us at all

Well equipped, homely, and meticulously cleaned! Loved our stay at Boleyn. Will be returning for sure.

The location and property was very clean and comfortable
Poor communication, no internet in the property and no gas for barbecue a bit disappointed with that as we were informed there was internet and barbecue available😞
