Very charming, lovely decor, spacious,quality bedding, good heating, location
As soon as we arrived I notified the Manager that there was only one champagne glass and no wine glasses. The reply was “that doesn’t sound right”. There was no effort to provide the glasses. On the first night my friends discovered that their bed had a broken base, causing nil sleep as they both rolled to the middle dip. I notified the manager, with no attempt to rectify, resulting in 2 nights that the guests asked in their 60s had to sleep on the lounge. There was no room to move the mattress to the floor.

Location was great, as was the layout of the house for our group. The backyard was also nice.
The bed in the front bedroom on right side (facing the front of the house) was quite uncomfortable.

Nice quiet street that is going through gentrification. Close to the CBD of Orange and public amenities. The kitchen is nicely appointed for self catering.
You must remove your own recycling and general waste per emails from management company and then advise that you have vacated. An air fryer would have been handy.
