Modernes Apartment in der Altstadt

Die Lage der Unterkunft inmitten der Altstadt ist perfekt wenn man die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der geschichtsträchtigen Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Alles war super sauber, modern eingerichtet mit einem Charme von Retro und allem was man braucht. Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher. Vor allem ein wunderschöner großer Balkon rundeten das Apartment ab.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Breite des Bettes - aus 140 cm für zwei Personen (eine Seite an der Wand) ist Kuscheln angesagt :)

Отличное месторасположения, квартира была удобная и теплая. Мы там отлично разместились. Прямо в историческом центре. Интересная мебель под старину.

Парковка не рядом с домом, это исторический центр и заезжать туда на машине нельзя, однако хозяин может сделать пропуск для разгрузки багажа. Мы в итоге сами принесли легкую сумку, не проблема, а парковались поблизости. В праздники может быть немного шумно при открытых окнах, так как окна выходят на оживленную улицу, где гуляют люди.

Splendido appartamento al centro di Viterbo

Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Perfetto per un weekend di dicembre per il Christmas Village. Siamo stati molto comodi in 4, con due bambine di 3 e 5 anni. Assolutamente consigliato.

La struttura è centralissima. Abbiamo parcheggiato a Valle Faul e in circa 5 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati. La stanza era molto pulita e la vista sui tetti di Viterbo è molto suggestiva! L'host è stata gentilissima e cordiale. La colazione ottima ci è stata servita alla pasticceria in strada. Tutto perfetto:)

Unica pecca: la nostra camera era al 3° piano senza ascensore. Però nulla di infattibile:)

Ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung mit dem besten Bett Italiens.

Der Palazzo San Biagio war eine wunderbare Überraschung. Nach einer dreiwöchigen Italienreise mit mehreren Unterkünften hatte ich hier das beste Bett überhaupt, sogar besser als zu Hause. Ich war ernsthaft versucht zu fragen, woher die Matratze stammt. Die gesamte Wohnung war wunderschön, schlicht, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man spürt, dass sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht hat.

Ehrlich gesagt, nichts. Alles war perfekt.

Gran experiencia

Las habitaciones que reservamos estaban muy bien, limpias y cómodas. Se notaba que todo era nuevo y estaba decorado con mucho gusto. La ubicación era genial, con restaurantes y cafeterias cercanas y en el centro de la ciudad. Y el trato con los dueños y el personal, antes y durante la estancia fue fantástico.

La última habitación, que era la que estaba más alta, era un poco calurosa durante el día. No estamos seguros de si porque no entendimos cómo funcionaba el aire acondicionado allí o porque en ese momento no funcionaba.

Appartamenti spaziosi, nuovissimi e arredati con un piacevole tocco retró, davvero accoglienti e dotati di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di Viterbo: anche se si trova in ZTL, i parcheggi sono molto vicini (noi abbiamo lasciato l’auto a soli 3 minuti a piedi). Gestori gentilissimi e super reattivi nella comunicazione via WhatsApp, il che ha reso tutto molto semplice e piacevole.

Non è indicata la mancanza di ascensore. Colazione molto buona ma poca scelta. Consiglio di inserire più opzioni, non solo cornetto e caffè!
