Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, angenehm ruhig. Alle Notwendigkeiten von Herd/Ofen/Mikrowelle/Kühlschrank bis Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Reichlich Raum, angenehmes Wohnzimmer
Es ist ein Untergeschoss mit wenig Licht, wenn man dort über den Tag Sachen besucht, nicht auffällt (aber es gibt wie üblich hier eine interne Klimabelüftung)

Les conditions dans appartement , la cuisine, salle de bain, .... !
Trop d'humidité, ... pas d'eclairage , les ampoules ne fonctionnait pas le 15 06 2025 devant la porte d'entrée !

Keyed entry accommodated my early hours check-in.
Full one bedroom suite with bathtub and full kitchen. Bathtub was a deal breaker for me when finding a place.
In-suite laundry. Nice large space.
Only 10 minutes from town, lots of Ubers available at a minutes notice.
The stairs in and out might be an issue for some
$$$$
