De ligging is perfect, midden in old town albufeira. Toen we wat defecten meldden kwam de eigenaar op zondag langs. Dat is service (ook al was het probleem niet opgelost). Het zwembad is heel fijn.

Er is géén zeezicht en geen tuinzicht. Staat wel zo in de omschrijving, maar is er dus niet, want er is geen balkon. De tweede slaapkamer is geen volwaardige slaapkamer maar een hokje. Dit is overigens duidelijk te zien op de foto’s. Er mag wel wat onderhoud gepleegd worden. De vaatwasser lekt stinkend water en het doucheputje zat helemaal verstopt. Ook hadden we mieren. Eigenaar wilde dit allemaal wel oplossen maar dan moesten wij een dag in ‘t appartement blijven. Dat vonden we zonde van onze vakantie.

The location was the most positive aspect of our choice of apartment. Clean yes but very tired looking.

Advertised as 2 bedroom apartment Bedroom 1 fine , bedroom 2 on the other hand single bed as can only be described as on an enclosed balcony with nothing else but a washing machine in there, which resulted in the room having a damp fusty smell to it. Not fit to sleep in chose the sofa bed in the lounge which was the lesser of the 2 evils resulting in severe back pain after 3 nights. Place is in need of a bit of a face-lift to be fair throughout.
