Grandes pièces. Bien équipé et très fonctionnel Proche de l’hyper centre : on peut presque tout faire à pied. Petits commerces avec bon rapport qualité prix à proximité Gérant réactif
Beaucoup trop bruyant : attenant à un bar avec les clients sous vos fenêtres jusque tard dans la nuit, voisins du dessus qui déplacent les meubles et marchent en talons toute la journée et une bonne partie de la nuit. Lits peu confortables : on ne s’est pas beaucoup reposé Deux télés mais non utilisables pour regarder les chaînes de la tnt

J ai apprécié la déco, le cadre, la grande surface de l appartement, la terrasse, le calme, le coté "pépite" cachée que l on se soupçonne pas vu de l extérieur.
Rien ..seul regret de ne pas rester plus longtemps pour vraiment profiter davantage
