SOKOLSKA 30 TOWERS apartments - KLIMATYZACJA- LUX- PARKING- SAUNA- GYM -and the BEST VIEW

Very modern apartment with lots of facilities and there is a mini mart shop in the building too. There is free underground parking which is very secure. There is a lift and the area is very quiet, even though it is near a main road. The apartment is fabulous as it has been very well designed and a lot of thought has gone into the finishes. It is full of light and has big windows which give you great views over the area. The apartment is very secure as well. The bedroom is large and has a balcony off it as well. The bed is lovely and comfortable and the bedroom has a wardrobe and side tables. There is a desk and chair in the bedroom as well. The main room is very large and has a dining table, big lounge suite, TV and a very good aircon unit. The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven/stovetop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and microwave. There is also an iron, but not an ironing board (that I could see). Great wifi. Close to all the local amenities, walking distance. There is local transport very close by as well, but we didn't use it. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

Jestem osobą, która zwykle się czepia różnych rzeczy w apartamentach (70-80 rezerwacji rocznie w związku z działalnoscią), ale tu jest naprawdę petarda. Apartament robi wrażenie, zdjęcia nie są ani trochę podkręcone. Ładny zapach od wejścia. Serio, nie ma się do czego przyczepić, wejście na kod, czytelna instrukcja, apartament dobrze wyposażony, jeden z najfajniejszych budynków w Katowicach na moment pisania tej recenzji. Wręcz dziwne, że aż tak dobra jakość wykończenia (odezwę się o namiary do stolarza!) w apartamencie na najem krótkoterminowy, oby ludzie nie zniszczyli.
