The biggest advantage of the property is definitely its location. It is extremely convenient – everything is within very easy reach, which made our stay in Rome very comfortable. Another strong point was the staff, who were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also received a pleasant surprise upon arrival, as we were given a larger and more spacious room than the one we had originally booked, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was also very good. However, it is worth noting that no breakfast options are available for guests leaving before 7:30. After speaking with the staff, they kindly prepared a croissant and some fruit for us, which was a very nice gesture. They also provided us with a coffee machine at that time, which we appreciated.

On the downside, the property shows clear signs of age. The apartments are filled with a mix of various items and furniture, some of which appear quite worn and no longer fully functional. Because of this, the overall impression can sometimes feel a bit less tidy than it actually is. In general, cleanliness was acceptable, but not exceptional – everything was simply “okay.”
